1. DATA COLLECTED
Personal data is collected on this site only through the quote form: name, phone, e-mail, your message, the selected service, document type, target language, page count and any PDF documents you attach. When the form is submitted, your IP address and browser information are also recorded to prevent abuse.
2. COOKIES
The public part of the site uses no cookies; there are no analytics or advertising cookies. A single mandatory session cookie is used only for office staff signing in to the admin panel; it is not set for visitors.
3. STORAGE AND PROTECTION
Form data and uploaded documents are stored on a server under the Office's control. Uploaded documents are not reachable through any public link; only authorized persons can access them. Site traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- The map on the contact page is loaded as an embedded frame from Google Maps; while the frame loads, Google may see your browser's IP address.
- The Resend infrastructure is planned for delivering quote notifications by e-mail; once activated, notification e-mails will be sent through this service.
