Notarized Translation

Once your sworn translation is complete, we handle the notarization process on your behalf.

Some institutions do not consider a sworn translation sufficient and additionally require notarization. In that case the translator's signature is certified at the notary and the document receives an official certification annotation. The process has two stages: the document is first translated by a sworn translator, then the translator's signature is certified at the notary office where the translator is registered. We take care of bringing the document to the notary, following up on the procedure and collecting it; you do not need to visit the notary yourself. Notary fees are separate from the translation fee and depend on the number of pages. At the quotation stage we itemize translation and certification costs separately, so there are no surprise charges. Certification time depends on how busy the notary is. If you let us know in advance that your matter is urgent, we plan the process accordingly.
