2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

- Identity data: first and last name
- Contact data: phone number, e-mail address
- Customer transaction data: the content of your quote request, the requested service, document type, target language and page count
- Data in uploaded documents: documents you submit for translation may contain personal data that varies with the nature of the document, such as identity, education, health or judicial information
- Transaction security data: IP address and browser information
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Your data is processed to prepare a quote for the translation service, to provide and deliver the service, to communicate with you and to keep records of requests.
4. LEGAL BASIS
Your data is processed on the basis of Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK (processing directly related to the conclusion and performance of a contract) and Article 5/2(f) (the legitimate interest of the Office).
5. TRANSFERS
To the extent required by sworn translation, notarization and apostille procedures, your documents and related personal data may be transferred to the sworn translator assigned to the job, the relevant notary and the official authorities issuing the apostille. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad.
6. RETENTION PERIOD
Quote requests and related documents are retained for [X yıl]; at the end of this period they are deleted or anonymized. Retention obligations arising from applicable law are reserved.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DELETION OF DOCUMENTS
Uploaded documents are seen only by the translator assigned to the job and the second translator who checks it. Upon your request, your documents are deleted before the retention period expires; you can submit a deletion request through the channel below.
8. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to request that these operations be notified to third parties, to object to a result arising against you from analysis performed exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit applications by e-mail to info@pravdatercume.com or in writing to [AÇIK ADRES]. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 KVKK.
